Chef Jaydene O'connor hails from Seattle, Washington. She has been in the kitchen creating for over 30 years. Her first experience was unleashed at the tender age of five by helping out in a local family-owned restaurant. At the age of 24, Chef Jaydene opened a cafe in Seattle called The Sugar Bar. It specialized in gourmet sandwiches, bistro style salads and light fare. “It was an exciting business venture. It gave me more drive to want to relocate and pursue this passion in another market and on a higher level, although I loved creating new dishes with Seattle’s fresh produce and products”, she says.
After a successful run, Chef Jaydene sold her cafe, and moved to Los Angeles to claim her place as a creative Personal Chef and to bring her imaginative culinary talents to the well-known and famous. In late 2008, this talented lady was flown from Los Angeles to Thailand to prepare healthy dishes for actor Jean Claude Van Damme, for two month while he was on set filming his latest project. Upon her return, she decided to open up a full service catering company.
